  • How do you prepare your quotes?

    It all begins with a complimentary assessment, ideally in-person at the property, however a video call, or your own recorded video tour / images sent to our survey hotline are most welcome. Our preference is always in-person, as we find this the best way to assess all aspects of your move including access, parking, job volume and potential weight, whilst also giving you a chance to meet us and ask any questions face to face. After your viewing, we’ll calculate the size of team required, number of vehicles needed and any extra optional services such as packing. We aim to deliver your quote on the same day of the viewing.

  • How does insurance work?

    From the moment we handle your belongings, until your 7 day grace ends, rest assured, you're covered. We offer standard insurance with a ‘like for like’ replacement service for both removals and storage. Put simply, if we get it wrong, we’ll put it right.

    We have full Public Liability and Goods in Transit insurance

  • Will my furniture be protected?

    Prevention is better than cure, so, as standard, we have a wide range of specialist covers for Sofas, TV’s, pictures, mattresses, even the front door and banisters. During the assessment our surveyor will list which covers are required for your move.

    We also have reusable floor protection and stair runners, to ensure everything is as it was before we entered the premises.

  • Hanging clothes, how do you pack them?

    We use specialist transportable hanging wardrobes to efficiently take hanging clothes from one property to another. We include this as standard on all moves, even if you are self-packing. All we ask is that we have either a wardrobe or a safe space at the new property to return these items.

  • I'm collecting keys on the day, what is your policy here?

    To ensure we can cover expenses unfortunately incurred due to key collection delays, we charge £50.00 per hour, per vehicle from the time we arrive at the new property, but not before 1 p.m.

    To help offer peace of mind to you, we offer a key waiver with every quote, a flat one time fee, eradicating any further charge.

  • Can you arrange piano moves?

    With years of experience in moving everything from small uprights, to grand pianos. our team have the knowledge and knowhow. We also have all equipment and knowledge to safely deliver your pride and joy.

  • Storage, how does it work?

    Fully insured, fully secure with various sized units and prices dependent on the volume you are looking to store. We can store anything from just a few suitcases, to a full house move. We also offer a door to door collection and delivery service and long term storage deals.

    We are currently not a self-store site, so should you require access, we do need 7 days notice, with the visit during normal week day working hours.

  • How do I pay?

    Peace of mind is imperative for our customers, so to help offer that extra level of comfort, we are able to accept payments via all major credit cards.
